Just a few reminders of what is happening this week...
Math:
We are working on our Summative Assignments this week. The success criteria is on the Math google classroom. Students are expected to have all supplies in class this week and to complete the project in class during the week. If they are not going to be finished for Thursday, they may bring the project home on Wednesday night, but most, if not all work needs to be done in class.
Literacy:
Fairy Tales are being written this week. All graphic organizers and 2 paragraphs were due today. Students are then going to be writing their fractured fairy tale during the remainder of the week. If they finish earlier, they will be selecting a medium to use for their presentation. All Fairy Tale stories and online presentations are due by next Friday Feb. 8, 2019.
Science:
We are continuing our learning about Space, the Stars, Constellations and Comets
Social Studies:
We will be learning about Chinese Immigrants and their contributions to the building of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
Art:
We are continuing our research of Artists, please think about the materials that you will need for your final presentation.
